This website is operated by Heavyweight Unlimited LLC, a Florida limited liability company, under the brand Heavyweight Team (“we”, “us”). By using the site or its free tools you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

The site describes our record label services, artist roster and artist consulting. Descriptions are general information, not an offer or a guarantee of results. Any paid engagement is covered by a separate written agreement that sets out scope, pricing and terms, and that agreement controls if it differs from this page.

Our free tools, including the Venue Booking Email Generator, create text automatically. Some results are written with the help of artificial intelligence and some by a template. Either way:

• The output is a draft. Review and edit it before you send it, and check that dates, links, numbers and names are correct.
• It may contain mistakes. You're responsible for what you send and for making sure the information is true.
• We don't guarantee that any email will get a reply, a booking or a particular fee.
• Tools are provided free and “as is”. We may change, limit or remove them at any time.

You may use the text a tool generates for you however you like, including sending it to venues. To use a tool you agree to give accurate information and to enter an email address you control. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle it.

• Don't use the site or tools for spam, harassment, impersonation or anything unlawful.
• Don't try to scrape, overload, reverse-engineer or get around the site's limits or security.
• Only submit links and content that you have the right to share.

The Heavyweight Team name and logo, the site design and the site's text, graphics and tools belong to Heavyweight Unlimited LLC or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and share pages for personal, non-commercial use, but you may not copy, modify or reuse our content or branding without written permission.

Music, artwork, names and trademarks of artists, platforms and other third parties belong to their respective owners. You keep all rights to the information and links you send us.

The site links to and embeds content from other services, such as streaming platforms and social networks. We don't control those services and aren't responsible for their content or practices; their own terms apply.

The site and tools are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. Nothing on the site is legal, tax or financial advice.

To the extent the law allows, Heavyweight Unlimited LLC won't be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for lost profits, bookings or data, arising from your use of the site or free tools. Our total liability for any claim about the site or free tools is limited to one hundred U.S. dollars (US$100).

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Florida.
