Privacy Policy
The short version: we collect only what you send us, use it to reply and to run our tools, and never sell it.

Who we are
Heavyweight Team is a brand of Heavyweight Unlimited LLC, a Florida limited liability company managed by Rey Herrero (“we”, “us”). This policy explains what information we collect through this website, why we collect it and what you can do about it.
What we collect
We only collect what you choose to send us:
- Contact form: your name, email, artist or project name (optional), the service you're interested in, links to your music (optional) and your message.
- Free tools (for example the Venue Booking Email Generator): the email address you enter to unlock the tool, plus the details you type into the form (artist name, genre, city, venue, dates, links and contact details) so we can generate your result. We keep your email, artist name, genre and city with a record of the tool you used.
- Basic technical data: to prevent spam and abuse we store a one-way hashed (scrambled) version of your IP address with each submission and use it for rate limiting. Like most websites, our hosting provider also keeps standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type and pages requested) for security and reliability.
We don't ask for payment details, and we don't knowingly collect sensitive personal information.
How we use your email and information
- To reply to your contact request and talk about the services you asked about.
- To generate and show you the result of a free tool you used.
- To send you occasional updates about new tools and services, if you gave us your email through a tool. Every update includes a way to opt out, and you can also ask us to stop at any time through our contact page.
- To keep the site secure and prevent spam, fraud and abuse.
We don't sell your data
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing or advertising.
We only share information with service providers that help us run the site, and only as needed to do that work:
- Website hosting (our web host stores the site and the database where submissions are kept).
- AI text generation (if enabled): to write a tool result, the details you entered in the tool form may be sent to an AI provider (such as OpenAI or Anthropic) under their business terms. Your tool email address is not sent to the AI provider.
- Email delivery, if we use an email service to reply to you or send updates.
We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect our rights, our users or the public.
Cookies and tracking
We don't use advertising cookies, cross-site tracking or third-party analytics. The site doesn't set cookies beyond what is strictly necessary for it to work securely. Some artist and release pages may include embedded players (for example Spotify, YouTube, SoundCloud or Apple Music); when you play or load those embeds, that provider may set its own cookies under its own privacy policy.
How long we keep it
We keep contact messages and tool sign-ups only as long as we need them for the purposes above (for example, while we're in touch with you or while you're subscribed to updates), and then delete them. You can ask us to delete your information sooner at any time.
Your choices
- Opt out of updates using the link in any update email, or by contacting us.
- Ask us what information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), restricted server access and hashed IP addresses. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security.
Children
This site is meant for adults and working artists. It isn't directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we'll delete it.
Changes and contact
If we change this policy, we'll update it here and change the “Last updated” date. Questions or requests? Reach us through our contact page. See also our Terms of Use.
